I am sooo happy with the results. No masonry dust after application We enclosed an exterior wall for a sunroom. Everyday there was grit on the surfaces from the brick. We used a sprayer. No smell. Perfectly happy with results. The tan color of the brick has remained the original color. I was concerned about yellowing, but that hasn't happened.

This sealant does what it says it does! I had mortar washed the entire brick fireplace and stoop. I was worried about a sealant altering the color, washing off some of the mortar, or being glossy. You can't tell by looking at it that there is sealant applied at all and it looks exactly as it did before it was applied. Before the sealant, if you sat on the stoop, mortar dust ended up on your clothes. It is 100% sealed now. Very happy with the outcome

Unfortunately, this product did not help. We have a brick fireplace and exposed brick walls. The brick dust wasn't as big of an issue as the mortar, which is creating dust for some reason AND crumbling in small chunks in some areas. We really can't figure out why, but we opted to seal everything to see if that would help. Sadly, it did not. Plus side, however, it is matte and did not change the appearance of our reclaimed brick (mortar is new). Not sure what to do now, but we spent a lot of money on a product that did very little, if anything, to stop the mortar dust/crumbling. Maybe others will have better luck.

I have a natural flagstone fireplace that has always shed rock dust. I finally got tired of cleaning it up and found this product, there were no reviews but thought I'd give it a try. I applied it as directed last week and so far no rock dust, also fairly easy to apply, no chemical smell, discoloration or residue. I will try to update after a few months or so, but so far so good...

This product is supposed to halt the off dusting of brick. I used 2 gallons properly at an expensive of over $250 and it did nothing to stop the issue. Don't waste your money. Explore other options. Buying a gallon of Elmers Glue and watering it down and spraying it in a garden sprayer or painting it on does work but changes the color and finish and makes the color darker and the finish slightly shiny. 250 dollars is a lot of money to waste on a product that does Not perform as promised.

It is overpriced for what it is supposed to do.
