I bought one the hooks up to my - From Temu and this one is so much better. It stays It doesn't move and it moves better than the other one did, so thank you.

Depending on the vehicle, when this is mounted on your dash it will obscure your view of what is directly in front of you. This is a huge safety concern. The arm does not allow the phone to be angled in front of the mount, so there was no way to get it positioned without being in a dangerous position.When I attempted to put in places that would allow a clear view of the road and the phone, the rubber grip would slide. It did not have enough grip to hold in place when it was mounted somewhere that had an angle.While trying to adjust its position, the arm that holds the tension spring snapped completely. Seems to be a cheap plastic.

I got this in a plastic mail bag that was not sealed. The box on the inside looked as if someone had tore into it. As far as I can tell everything was there, but it was fully assembled. I am not sure if this is pre-owned, and will be testing it out tomorrow. We are having rain at the moment and I will not be going out to my vehicle. The plastic clips on the side are not big enough if you have an Otter Skin protector on your phone! It is made of heavy plastic, but that plastic over time will probably break taking you phone in and out of it if you have an otter skin protector on you phone. The reason being it makes your phone a hair deeper then you clips. So the pressure will eventually cause a stress break. As it is now it can be used and may last until I can no longer return it. I will see if it will get a worse review because of that. Today I found out more, and I will be requesting a return. The clips are so tight they have made it so I have to remove my Otter skin to darken my screen. I have never had to do this. I do not want this. Keeping it will lead to damage to my phone.

The first one I bought was working really well until it got cold and the spring arm broke off when trying to adjust it on my dashboard. Bought it again because it fits my car well. The grip material on this one will not adhere to the dash at all and the arms that grip the phone are weak allowing my phone to slide around. I am looking for a better version and returning this P.O.S..

The idea is perfect, the flaws are that the clamp is not adjustable, so you have to fight with the clamp in order to get it in place. The other issue when the phone is upright, it will block your view of the road.. Even when the phone is not installed, the holder can still block your view. I wish the design had left room for better adjusting.

Originally I gave this product a higher review but I just had to replace it again for a 4th time. The small leg that clamps it to the dashboard of the car keeps breaking in half when attempting to move it. Obviously it cannot withstand the high temps of being inside a car. The plastic becomes brittle and will eventually snap off. Also the rubber grip pads in the claws that hold the phone keep coming unglued.This will be my last time buying it. It breaks again I will simply have to find another product to buy. Problem I have is I have a very specific shaped dashboard and so far this is the only holder that will keep my phone secured in place.
