Nice Ginger Zing
I have sparkling water on tap and thought this might make a nice ginger ale. It absolutely does. Make them as mellow or strong as you like. It's also great with various mixed drinks where you would otherwise use ginger ale.

The Solution to my Ginger Collins and Winter Coffee dilemma
Besides the ridiculously quick delivery (under 12 hours), this simple syrup is delicious, not overly sweet and the right amount of gingery bite for a Ginger Collins or a Ginger Brown Sugar Latte. Well worth the price and the quality of the syrup and the packaging is very nice. Buy with confidence for all your ginger flavored needs :)

Sweet, pretty, not very gingery
It’s lovely. A pretty, sweet simple syrup with a gentle ginger flavor. I’d prefer a stronger ginger flavor. Need too much syrup to get gingery and then it’s quite sweet. I use in tea and oatmeal. Bright side: I am inspired to make my own. Ideally they’d make a stronger version. Then, the bottle would be more useful with a flow limiting mechanism.

Makes a great Moscow Mule! Highly recommend. Much easier than trying to make my own. Perfect flavor.

You get what you pay for!
Worked wonders to perk up all things citrus, I used it for Moscow Mules, drizzled it in fruit salad and still have some left. Well worth the price.
