I bought this back in 2021 as a Christmas gift for my wife, an avid gardener. She used it off and on during that time until now but never needed to charge it. Finally it was showing signs of slowing down and probably needed a charge however in the time since I purchased it we moved and the charging cable was lost. It has a very specific plug pattern so a generic cable wouldn't work. I was able to contact the seller, Ligo Tools, through Amazon and I asked if I could purchase another cable. They did me one better and sent a new cable free of charge. It was a nice surprise and a great example of customer service. So I would recommend their products with no reservations.

Needed to prune some bushes, etc and this did a great job. Plenty of safety features but be careful. It cuts much better than its size and low price seems.

This has made it so easy for me to prune my garden. I can work for longer because my hand doesn’t get tired! Not too heavy either. I like that I didn’t have to buy a separate battery.

I used these shears out of the box for an hour and the battery lasted the whole time. These worked great, I cut blackberries, holly, rhody's - did a lot of cutting and had a blast. Highly recommend these if you have a lot of pruning to do. I feel like I got my money's worth on the first usage. It worked on 3/4 inch branches and smaller.

I purchased these pruners lat year They work great But now I noticed there is a chip in the blade . I did not receive aa extra one I can't find a replacement anywhere for it.. Also,I cannot find any info on how to contact them to get a replacement.Like II said, they do work great but I guess I will have to throw it out if I can't get parts for it.

Tested this product and the sound of the pruner sounds exactly the bad quality product from Scotts mfg. like a constipated moaning of a sound when the blade is closing in unusual slow motion. It seems it was used and reshipped again. Missing blade and tool to fix it. So back in the box and return immediately along with other worthless items bought from Amazon.

I usually don’t do these reviews but this is just such a great product. I have cut and trimmed so much in my yard already. Due to arthritis manual clippers are a challenge, these are just plain easy. Battery has nice long life. I’ve told all my friends and they have bought them also! My statement is if I wear this one out this year I would spend the money and buy another next year. It is just that great. Happy gardening y’all.

For the price these are totally worth it! They can really cut quite a lot - even though chainlink fence if need be! We are cutting down huge amounts of foliage around our property and these cut very well through small limbs and briars. My mom also has a pair -she paid twice as much as we did for another brand, and hers are faster. That is my only issue is that the cutting itself is fairly slow, but it does the job very well. I wish I had known about these earlier!
