Better than expected
I was really skeptical but I love this! It's almost perfect. It works well but I wish it would light up when it goes off, I wish I could adjust the snooze cycles to be longer and continue until I shut them off. I actually use snooze cycles to keep me on pace while i get ready so i am not late for work. I thought it would annoy me to sleep in but it doesn't at all. My husband loves that this works for me. I am a heavy sleeper and am also very hard of hearing. The entire neighborhood was waking to my repeated alarms. I am sure they appreciate this alarm clock too. This would be great for college dorm roommates!

Easy to set and reset and wakes me up
I’m deaf and I usually wake up on my own but I needed an alarm for a trip. After returning two wireless, rechargeable alarms I bought the battery operated shake awake with wrist holder. It has easy to follow instructions for two alarm times (I only set one). The wrist holder is adjustable for different sizes and the alarm woke me up. It uses one AAA battery. There were two reasons I returned the others. I couldn’t get the device to set just one alarm time and I couldn’t reset that time. I had to keep resetting the device and starting over. Just bad. It was an under pillow device. My Second choice involved putting the alarm under the pillow, which moves in the night and just doesn’t give the jolt I need. I slept right through the alarm I got from the second choice alarm.

Two different watches malfunctioned in the same way after only 2 months
I (stupidly) bought this product twice and both times after only 2 months the light malfunctioned so that you can't see the display screen in the dark.

I love it but…
I love this. It vibrates really really hard and it’s a great way to wake up and let your partner keep sleeping. It was tricky to set at first but I figured it out. It’s nice that there are two alarms!I love it BUT one feature makes me completely unable to use it. The way you turn the alarm Off is a button. RIGHT next to the snooze button. Not a little switch on the bank that you would need to take the alarm out of the wrist band to turn off… but just a simple press button right next to snooze. If someone is able to hit the snooze clumsily in their sleep by pressing the button in their sleep, they very very easily Can turn the alarm off without even waking up. I was late to work twice because I must have pressed snooze in my sleep but I don’t even remember and when I awoke the alarm was off completely. I’m bummed because I really love how strong the alarm is but after two times sleeping through it, I can’t keep risking using it.

Wake up!!
When I travel I have to wake up at the right time or I'll miss the tours . Since I have cochlear implants the have to be charged all night I am completely deaf wen they are not on me. Everything else I looked it was not what I wanted they sjook the bed or made (useless to me) noise. this is perfect and small enough to carry in y purse or carry-on in case my suitcase gets lost.

Vibration is weak, and strap is ineffective
I was led to believe this was an effective device. But from day one out of the package, it has been the weakest vibrator I have ever seen. It can barely be felt when holding it in your bare hand, and cannot be felt at all when worn the way they recommend. And in order to keep it on your wrist, you have to get it so tight that it restricts bloodflow to the hand. The buttons are just intuitive enough because of the bumps on the snooze button, but it's so difficult to even tell if the button is being pressed half the time. I do not recommend this product.

You won't oversleep
I put one under my pillow. No oversleeping with these things. Problem solved.
