Good for cooking
I always buy dried garlic for fresh food cooking, it makes my cooking so much easier, smell stronger than those I bought from Chinese supermarket, will recommend, fyi must keep in dry storage

Good quality dried garlic granules.
I love these garlic granules, they give nice garlic flavour to your dishes and less or more depending how much garlic flavour you prefer. I am almost finished 500g of garlic granules and planing to order more this time a bigger package. I use it in almost every savory dish that I make because it is easy and I don't need to peel the fresh garlic. I think that the price is quite cheap for the amount you get and it lasts quite a while as well. Definitely recommend for those that use a lot of garlic and wants a quick way to add some garlic to your everyday meals.

Stir-fry vegetables like a Chinese restaurant!
Really good value for the size. Hydrate these and use in stir-fries as they don't burn like fresh garlic! You'll need to use basically double what you would use if it was fresh for the same flavour, but absolutely fool-proof and saves needing to chop fresh garlic!

Granule size
Brilliant stuff but bear in mind large 2kg means the granules are large so if you want smaller granules be aware, as soon as mine were delivered wife says they too big for what she uses them for. But definitely reccomend old India garlic for taste

These are fab, easy storage, dry granules, use as much as required, quite strong too. Tastes very good with a strong garlic smell

Excellent. It is exactly what i wanted : large granules of garlic. Couldn't find them in any of the main shops as they store only garlic powder. Super fast delivery: i ordered it on Saturday and it arrived on Sunday. Thank you so much. i am very pleased and would recommend the seller.

More of a salt than granules
The flavour is good but the granules are too fine for me. I prefer courser granules that can be re-hydrated in a little water then added to cooking like chopped garlic. If you are looking for a good garlic salt or fine granules then this is excellent but if, like me, you want a larger granules you need a different product. I am pretty sure they do large granules so worth double checking.
