I never realized how much a probiotic could do for me! These are amazing, but you may not realize how amazing they truly are unless you have experienced the years of stomach problems that I have. I wish that I would have had these the last 50+ years of my life. My quality of life pretty much changed overnight after starting these probiotics. Cramping is gone and I am so regular now that I can tell you what time I will go every single morning. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

While it has quite a few strains of probiotics, it contains maltodextrin which spikes blood sugar and a definition says, "Regular maltodextrin also has a high glycemic index rating, which means it can spike your blood sugar. While more research is needed in human subjects, studies using laboratory mice found that sugary maltodextrin promoted the growth of unhealthy bacteria, which damaged the intestine and increased the risk of inflammatory disease, according to a review in the journal PLoS One in July 2014." Kind of defeats the purpose.

I've been taking probiotics for years, but when I was running out over the holidays and didn't have time to go to Costco I decided to purchase these from Amazing Nutrition. They arrived promptly and work just as well, so I bought them again. I will continue to buy them online from this company, as they're quick into getting the order to me. I need to see if I can add it to my subscribe list, so I don't forget to get them.

does not work compare to other pro biotics i have taken. even increased dosage to two still don't see result.

Definitely can tell their are probiotics in there as soon as I put it in my mouth.

My husband says this probiotic leaves an after taste and does not want me to get anymore. Also do not like that there are other ingredients in the product. To be honest they just do not work. Sorry.
