Bought this product to be able to let my pup go in and out of my patio door of my apartment as he pleases while I’m home. Works fantastic at keeping the insects out, the magnets are strong enough to “close” the panels after being opened but not so strong that my dog needs any help or is frightened of opening the panels to get through, but most of all…This product works surprisingly well at keeping cold air and wind out of my apartment while my patio door is wide open, which is a very common occurrence to keep my husky happy (and me, sane). Living in my town, it is common for winter temps to dip to and stay in the low 40 degrees (Fahrenheit). These panels VERY well handled any and all breezes/gusts up to 20 mph without breaking a sweat. Didn’t have a clue it was that windy until I personally walked outside, even though I was sitting 10-15 ft away from the wide open door covered by these panels!I mentioned the temperature because these panels handled it quite nicely! The area within 0-3 or 4 ft of the panel-covered door dipped in temperature maybe 10 degrees or so maximum within maybe 3 hours of the door being open after it had gotten dark out and into the 40’s.Comparatively to other plastic panels and even draft stoppers under SHUT doors that I’ve used… it’s draft and temperature fluctuation blocking is unmatched. It is a heavy plastic material so it realistically will not completely block temperature fluctuations like a solid wall can.I only wish the black fabric material that borders the panels came in a white or grey color… but I’ll gladly take the noticeable black color that starkly contrasts and stands out from my decor just to use this product

This screen door has been great and easily allows our elderly dog to go outside when he wants.We were considering installing a dog door but that would have been expensive. We installed this within 30 mins and it honestly has works great. We also like that it’s insulated and stops the hot air coming in or cold A/C air leaving the house.

My only issue is I wish the velcro that attached to the fram was a little wider. The magnets are plenty strong
