All Things Cedar 52 Inch Wood Tree Bench, 5 Sided Wrap Around Outdoor Seating, Natural

I have yet to complete construction of this bench because the sides don't align. I also have yet to hear back from the manufacturer regarding this problem. i hesitated buying this due to the bad review that I read. However, I like the design and opted to buy stronger hardware and reinforce to add strength. However, this is all for naught if the pieces don't fit together. The only pre-drilling is on the cleats. I may have to settle for large gaps between the pieces just to get it to fit together. I'll have to dis-assemble then re-assemble to try to get it all the pieces to fit together. Then, the structural integrity in impaired due to extra holes... I would advise against buying this...too bad...

There are definitely many other wraparound benches in the $200 range that are a much better value than this one. Very disappointed in my purchase. After complaining to the company, they gave me a $50 adjustment. This bench is still not worth $150. All the cuts on the wood are rough and uneven. The pieces do not match up as shown, and looks very unprofessionally made. The ends are rough and other places are crumbling and falling apart. I had to sand down the entire thing and then water seal it to keep it from falling apart further and to keep my kids from getting splinters. I have spent hours trying to get this thing to be usable and safe for my kids. It is also not very sturdy. Fine for kids, but I grimace everytime I see an adult sit on it, worried it's going to break one of these days.

The seat slats and legs were ok, but the screws were so soft just driving them in destroyed the heads. The so-called "cleats" were cut from obviously inferior wood. after assembling the bench the first time, my wife sat on it and three of the cleats split in two. Fortunately I have woodworking skills and was able to remedy the mess. It did require purchasing 1"x3" cedar to use as bracing for the legs. I also ended up replacing all of the pathetic screws. That and six hours additional labor and I have a nice bench. I pity the customer who purchases this item and expects it to go together perfectly and perform safely.

Not worth the purchase. The wood is cheap and it immediately broke after it was put together. They are not refunding my full purchase price. Charging me $100 restocking fee and they get to keep the bench. Rip off stay away. Save your money !!!

Piece of........ It is a huge pain to screw together. Had this up for 3 weeks and all of the support pieces broke when I picked it up. Just fell apart! Now it's too late to return this thing. Very poor design.

This is not worth the $200 it costs. The instructions were terrible! It had so many screws to hold it together that when I put in around the tree and attached the last set of boards, the whole thing started cracking at the joints when I moved it. It is now completely lopsided and looks horrible. I am thinking I should just throw it away or try to get my money back at this point!

Do NOT order this product! Supports broke in two upon assembly. Screws not long enough to secure seat. Had to re-engineer bench w/my own wood just to use. I could have made my own bench from scratch w/out the aggravation and a fraction of the cost!

After assembly, one slight push on a joint cracked the bottom brace. Wood comes warped...and very hard to line up. You can do better than this one.
