Q: What is the expiration date. There was no date on my package

Mine is on a sticker on side of box with bar code, 04/2019. But I also have a chicken bullion and could not find best by date on that package. I never have to worry about date as I use lots of this product when making soups.

Q: How much potassium is in each packet? For those of us fasting or doing Keto, we need to supplement with potassium.

Potassium Chloride is a salt substitute, not straight out potassium. It does have potassium in it, but in the small packet serving size, is not a significant source. THOSE WATCHING THEIR POTASSIUM INTAKE, however, need to monitor intake, if using several packets a day.

Q: is one packet equal to one regular bouillon cube?

A packet contains 4 grams. (200g/50pk) I found a bouillon pack 75 cube at 900g (12g each) And another one of ~225 cubes 908g (4g each) So Yes and No, depend on the cube. However, each packet is 1 TSP which seems to be the standard for 1 (8oz) cup.

Q: Does this contain MSG?
