Great quality
This rope was pleasantly thicker than what I was expecting. The quality is really good. Very sturdy. It definitely has multiple uses.

Great all-around utility rope which is durable and easy to work with.
This PerkHomy 1/4 inch polyester rope is excellent quality. It has a soft outer jacket thatโs easy on the hands but still feels very durable. Thereโs minimal stretch, just enough to absorb a little shock without loosening, which makes it ideal for tie-downs. Iโve been using it to secure tarps when covering my toys like boats and an RV, as well as covering a wood pile, and itโs held up great in the sun with very minimal signs of UV damage. Knots tie easily and stay put, and the rope doesnโt feel stiff or cheap. I liked it enough that I keep various lengths of it in the back of my truck for tying things in the bed whenever I need it. Overall, this is a solid, versatile rope that works well for outdoor and utility use. The 1/4 inch size has worked perfect for evrything I use it for. Would definitely buy again.

Great basic rope that did what I needed it to for a good price
This was great rope for what I needed it for. It cuts (and it does fray when you cut it unless you burn the ends) well, ties tightly, has good weight and thickness to it, and was super inexpensive. It was exactly what I needed.

Very stretchy, frays easily, slick in hand
This is listed as polyester, but it looks quite shiny and feels like polypropylene (not saying that it is). I didn't test it to see if it floats though. It stretches an aweful lot in use under moderate tension, and stretches kinda like nylon, which could be a good thing if you need it to give. With about 100 lbs on it, starts to stiffen up. It has a slick braided cover over a very slick braided core, but held a knot and hitch well. The outer sheath slides over the core and is almost unusable in short lengths. Either the cover or the core tensions first. To get any reasonable cut, you MUST wrap it in tape and then cut it and melt the ends. Otherwise it instantly unwinds about an inch or more. Update: it doesn't float, so I guess it isn't polypropylene. When wet, the outer cover still has some texture to it and isn't as slick as when dry. In fact, I would say that it performs best when wet on all points.

Awesome cord/rope
Nice cord/rope. My first use for this was with a loper attachment and extension pole. A rope used with the kind of attachment needs to have minimal stretch and no fraying. This fits the bill.

Perfect for drawstring backpacks
Perfect for drawstring backpacks (church mission project). I needed 1/4" cording and selected this. Good value - low price. The cord is much softer than I expected (which is good). It isn't rigid like clothesline. If it has a core, is is black (not a white inner core like some that are listed). The end fuses using a lighter to prevent fraying. Edit: (July 25-2026) Yes, this does have a black braided inner core. I meant to get this update before my review went "live".

Decent rope
The rope is decent. I hung a sun shade and it not strong enoung. Its almost like a shoe string but thicker.

Better than expected
Wowee, so much better than I was expecting. I thought I chose black but my finger knew green ๐ was a better choice. Excellent!!

No longer needed
As above but will keep for those jobs where the rope is basically a throw away item .

While these say 90 feet in each roll...it's more like 70 feet per roll
I bought 11 packs of this with the understanding that each roll contained 90 feet of cord. Upon unravelling, and cutting into the lengths I needed (12.5' each), it "should" have netted me 7 lengths with a small amount of leftover. On one roll I "just" made 6 lengths, and the rest I only got 5 lengths with a 3 or 4 feet of leftover, and this was only achieved by stretching the cord to my desired length. I suspect if you unraveled the whole thing and stretched it as hard as you could, it might get closer to 90 feet, but these rolls are AT BEST 70 feet of cord. I was going to return them, but I needed the cord and it took a while to arrive. Unfortunate.

This rope worked very well as a clothesline with wet, large beach towels and more.
While using this rope as a clothesline during camping trip, I was worried that it would stretch out and become ruined, but it held up very well. I would say this has a bit less "grip" than a pure "plastic nylon" wrong like those yellow ones, but still worked. That said, because it doesn't have that stiff grip, it was much easier to take down at the end and undo any knots I made by accident while coiling it back up. I bought 3 ropes, only used one, but will not be returning the other 2 unused ones. I will keep them for when I do need them because they are pretty good quality.

Excellent quality cord.
Exactly what I was looking for. Itโs not paracord! It has a woven core. Love that it comes in cool colors!
