Mine is a vintage olds recording with a trigger, but i dont think this will fit around its tubes' design. any idea?

In fitting this to my Conn 88H and 52 H (two of them) , I had to supplement the length with Velcro material ---which has held up extremely well and can be easily renewed if need be. . This material (kit) can be purchased at a harware store.

It is cheap in quality? do not buy? does not wrap tight?

Actually purchased 3. Two short ones to fit around the plumbing on my F attachment horn, and a longer one to fit my B flat tenor Olds Super. They fit perfectly, look as though they came with the horn. That Pro Tech line of cases and accessories seems to be really high quality merchandise. I have one of their mouthpiece cases as well.

Does this item fit a bass trombone with dual independent rotors? Or does it only fit the single rotor?

It should work fine for your dual rotor horn.
