Q: Hello, I use a large cup, can someone tell me the amount of oz. you can set this for? I believe my cups are 8-10 oz.

When figuring out coffee measurements, 6 oz is 1 cup of coffee.

Q: How tall of a cup can fit under the spout?

Using a tape measure, the bottom of the spout to the top of the tray is 5 1/2". To the counter top is 6 1/2". To fit my 7" 20oz Tervis T1-0118 travel mug, I made a 1" platform to place the maker on top of.

Q: The water in the reservoir doesn't entirely empty. Same problem with the first one I bought and returned. Any suggestions?

Occasionally the spring in the bottom of the water reservoir sticks and makes water run everywhere. Make sure the spring lever is all the way down. It gets stuck.
