For a 1 and 1.5 I recommend a soft brush honestly

Whats the difference between this and the torino pro 607?

Softer.. 607 is medium firm.less bristles

If i soften the bristles will it stay soft or go back to firm ?

This is a nice medium brush. It softens on its own after a few uses and remains soft. LOL...It won't go back.
