great chairs
I love these chairs. I have several and use them for dining chairs. They stack which helps if not all are needed.

DEFECTIVE!
I ordered 7 of these for the conference room in my office space. They all arrived in separate boxes, except a few were doubled up 2 boxed chairs within a bigger box. THANK GOODNESS the first box I opened had a defective chair. However, I spent a good 45 minutes putting the chair together before discovering that the piece (the back of the chair) didn't line up with the holes in the frame where you put the four screws in (2 on each side). What a disappointment. I repackaged the defective chair and sent them all back, assuming they would all be defective. HUGE waste of my time. How can they get away with this?!

It arrived promptly.I assembled it easily following the instructions (particularly "half-tightening" bolts and assembling it prior to tightening the screws.Poor quality. I expected better from BASX-HON!
