Broke my Wagner stock tip guard, these worked great
I broke my previous Wagner sprayer tip guard when tightening. I received this new pack of tip guards, and the new guard threaded right on and was leak free with a little plumbers tape added to the threads. I cleaned the nozzle after use and the tip guard is intact and leak free, ready for the next use.

PRODUCT REVIEW
I'm giving it a 4 star just doe to the fact that the connection part was too wide for the one I have. This is a good replacement part otherwise.

Not the right size
Be careful, there appears to be two sizes of these tip guards. I went to use it recently and was surprised the nut was much larger. It was supposed to fit my Wagner Control Pro 130. Fortunately I found my old tip guard, but unfortunately I missed the window to return this item. Wagner may have changed their HEA sprayers because I have seen pictures of the Control Pro 130 with two different tips, one yellow (smaller nut) and the black/silver (larger). The problem with the tip guard I have is there is a small black fitting that controls the paint flow and I have lost a couple of them when cleaning the tip. I have since learned to be very careful.

Wrong size
If you have the black plastic gun this will not fit it even though it says it will. It will only fit the metal guns apparently.
