Worst product
Do not buy this product, worst product, total money waste don't even read floppy, also no support from team. Third class quality product.

The order was said to arrive on a date, but was one day late - pretty good. I plugged the floppy drive into my computer and it recognized it as 'Drive A' immediately. Clicked on my old 'floppy drive file' that I wanted to recover, and there it was. I copied it, and opened it as a Word file. No problems - excellent.

Works sometimes you have to eject and insert media several times to get read

Believe it or not there are still some applications that people need and they still have them on floppy discs. This reader was plug and play and worked perfectly. May not need it again but the price point was affordable and after only one use, I feel like I got my moneys worth.
