Is it a sealed case that has never been opened?

Why would Amazon put their reputation on the line with this practice? This is illegal, to open the original box and repackage, selling as new, should be a HUGH DISCOUNT!!!

No treasure hunts in my cases I sell at Amazon. Those cars would be the opposite of what you want. Amazons return policy would make it difficult to sell factory sealed cases on their platform. I list my sealed cases and my supers on another platform.

Are all boxes different cars ?

Yes each box will have a different assortment of cars unless the letter after the "987" is the same, then you'll most likely get the same cars.
