Great for Plantar Fasciitis!
Love, love, love these balls. I have used them to clear up plantar fasciitis and have given several to friends. They really do the trick!

One of the best purchases I've ever made!
I spotted these while I was investigating the various kinesiology tapes out there and figured I'd give them a go to see if they helped at all with my shoulder pain while I'm waiting for surgery. I have quite simply been blown away by how effective they are at relieving tension in the muscles. I've been using the smooth one for my shoulder (I find the textured one is just too much) and it has not only helped relieve the pain but also helped increase my range of motion again, granted this is not by much but right now any improvement is huge for me! The textured one has however been a godsend at sorting out the re-occurrence of my plantar fasciitis, and I've found it's a great way to unwind after a stressful day at work; a few minutes spent rolling that around with each foot and I find myself in a much more relaxed state of being.They're not cheap, but are well made and the guidance booklet is easy to follow. They are easy to clean and a quick dunk in hot soapy water/wipe with anti-bac spray each time would make them safe to be used by multiple people. Definitely worth a shot if you're suffering from an issue caused by tight muscles and don't have a massage therapist to hand!

Great to use while sitting at a desk - helps with posture
I purchased this set based on a recommendation from a physical therapist. I have chronic shoulder and neck pain that is worsened by me hunching over my keyboard at work all day. I place the larger ball between my back and chair. Holding the ball in that way makes me sit up straight. I only use for 10-15 minutes a couple times a day. It has really helped my neck and shoulder pain. Several people at work are using them now too. Everyone is happy with the results. Some of my co-workers hold their ball at the lower part of their back. You can use for whatever you need. It is also handy for massaging sore muscles. A small investment with great benefits!
