For years I thought my skin needed less moisturizer. It turned out it needed more hydration.I almost never write reviews, but this product deserves one.I live in a high desert climate with very hard water. I have combination skin that becomes oily when it’s dehydrated, along with very sensitive eyes. Heavy creams often leave me greasy or eventually irritate my eyes.This gel feels almost like applying water. It spreads easily, absorbs quickly, and leaves virtually no film or tackiness once it dries. Despite feeling so lightweight, my skin actually feels hydrated instead of just coated.Within the first couple of weeks, I noticed my face staying less oily throughout the day. My skin simply felt more balanced.An unexpected bonus is that it doesn’t bother my eyes at all. I can use a small amount around my upper orbital area without the stinging or watering I’ve experienced with many moisturizers.I’ve also started using it on my forearms and hands, where age and desert dryness are becoming more noticeable, and my skin looks healthier and feels much more comfortable.I even convinced my husband, who normally dislikes lotions because they feel sticky, to try it on one leg after a shower. The next day that leg visibly looked better than the untreated one, and he commented that he couldn’t even feel it after it absorbed.If you dislike heavy moisturizers but your skin is actually dehydrated, don’t let the lightweight texture fool you. This has become one of those products I genuinely look forward to using.Plus, a little goes a long way, so not only is this product affordable, it will last ages.

Excellent quality, cool non oily after wash cream

Reviews on skincare products are obviously subjective, but MAN. This stuff is truly incredible. My skin has been there and back, and has experienced everything under the sun. Dry, oily, red, flaky, acne prone.. you name it. And the one thing I could never get right was finding a daily moisturizer that didn't either leave my skin feeling less than moisturized, or super greasy. I had tried gel moisturizers in the past, but they never gave me anything good. I have have gone really cheap and really expensive and they all have just never been what I needed.Enter this gem! For one, the texture is incredible. It is super lightweight and is a watery gel consistency. It definitely goes on really wet, and a little goes a long way! But as you massage it into your skin, you literally feel it soaking in. My skin looks so dewy and feels so bouncy after I apply this. But there is absolutely no greasiness, even after it's been on for hours. It goes on beautifully under makeup as well. I have gotten several jars now and I just cannot use anything else. It has been extremely effective at alleviating the redness I always have during the day and just feels so so good on my skin. If you struggle with finding something for daytime thats not too thick or thin, you MUST give this a try!
