The handle grips have become loose after 2 months and move a lot.

You get a pair of grips, not just one, so value for money was better than expected. The description says 100 pounds to 350 pounds but both the grips feel like 100 pounds (about 45kg). This is not suitable for beginners who aren't already working out their forearms with lighter grips or something else. It is also not suitable for those who are already using 40kg adjustable grips, since it's just a small increase.Quality seems decent for the price paid. The handles are hollow but seem to be made of high quality plastic which is thick and should last long enough (until upgrade to heavier grips)The handles are thin where your palms and fingers hold on, and the plastic is hard with no cushion, so it's quite painful to do a lot of reps when you're starting out. It's still better than grips made of dotted steel which are quite common.It's a little clunky/noisy when you're exercising, due to the design.Overall, good value for money.

Nothing to dislike. If you want a no nonsense pair of spring grips, that does not look like a surgical or prosthetic device, then this is for you.

It is very hard and not usable for beginners or may be even pros.

Top quality product. The tension in the spring hasn’t reduce even after a month of usage and the handles are high quality and fit my hands perfectly
