My wife's doctor recommended this brand & dosage to her. The product is easy to consume. Along with the other components of her vitamins/minerals/supplements regimen, the doctor was impressed at "her levels" at a 6 month checkup, so she will continue taking these.

This brand was recommended to me by my doctor, and I've been taking these for the last six months to help my slightly sluggish thyroid function more optimally. I wanted to use only natural supplements. In conjunction with other things, this selenium supplement seems to have helped my numbers improve, as evidenced by my blood work results. I will continue to take these as long as my doctor recommends. I have had no negative side effects either.
