"Recommendable"
I have been using Carlyle Cod Liver Oil (Lemon Flavor) for more than 2 years now. The lemon flavor helps for those who don't live the natural taste. I myself like both, natural and flavored. It is cold pressed which helps retain natural vitamins and the process of separating the oil from the fish. Not mentioning the decent price for 3 bottles.

A great way to get your Omega 3s.
This is not the CLO you parents or grand parents remember. The nasty fish liver taste is covered up by a lemon oil flavor. omega 3 is so important to good brain health. So buy 2 bottles and share the benefits.

Easier to take raw but much less effective
Too good to be true. It’s cheaper & easier to stomach & you get more than other brands, but my skin got significantly drier and rougher. Obviously they added chemicals for the lemon flavoring that diluted the effectiveness of the oil. Pets don’t like the lemon flavor either. If you know what you’re supposed to get from this, stay away from the lemon flavor ones
