When I bought the first lot of this zero carb pasta I was initially put off by the strong fishy smell. However, once drained and rinsed there was no smell or taste of fish. As a low carb replacement for carb laden pasta it's fantastic. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes which was a wake up call that I wasn't looking after myself. I decided to treat it with diet and decided on the keto diet. I mixed this pasta with cucumber, tuna and full fat mayonnaise and I loved it. In 6 months I lost 4 stone and put my diabetes into remission. It might not taste like real pasta but when dressed up with tuna, cucumber and low carb veg I couldn't tell the difference. My taste is not the same as other people so ignore the reviews good and bad and make your own mind up. One man's meat etc...

I understand where the bad reviews come fromThis is not pasta, much less penne. They remind me more of udon noodles. They are slimy, but I personally like that and I can eat them like pasta, no problem. Of all the keto 'replacements' of high carb food, this is what I've liked best. And it's got so few calories, you can eat without guilt. I will definetely buy again

I only ate once as a salad, they are tasteless so you can add all sorts of sauces or dressings but it caused me nausea and upset tummy

Seems a good product but it didn’t agree with my husbands stomach . Ideal for gluten free people or those watching their carbs ,

However, you cannot knock the low calorie/carb content. If you are serious about keeping really low carb levels.. then would be an option. Me personally, not on keto but low carbs (<70g). So I got wriggle room for other better options

Aldi Lidl and b and m bargains sell similar products for a fraction of a price per unit.Product is excellent however and filling. I'm 126kg and 1 sachet is enough, which I mix with low carb pesto. Make sure you dry noodles if used with a sauce, or sauce will not stick

Konjac is strange stuff but once it’s been rinsed a few times it’s great to take in to work for low carb keto lunches. You need to get used to the consistency but I enjoyed the penne more than the rice and the noodles.
