Yes. Band is adjustable with a “slider” type buckle

Is it supposed to include the pins?

Yes the pins should be included. Mine were in plastic in the package not in the band itself.

Can this be worn while swimming ?

I've worn it in the shower numerous times. Now there's more chemicals in a pool...this band is the stretch fabric. The most comfortable band I've ever worn. Hope it helps
