If the damaged washer is actually an O-ring with circular Cross Section - Possibly. In addition, the cross-sectional diameter of the ring & the Overall diameter would need to match one of those provided in the kit. If the existing washer is actually a 'washer' i.e., with a rectangular cross-section, then you would be taking a chance.

Will any of these fit on the bosch pressure hose?

As I do not know the dimensions of the Bosch pressure hose, it is not possible to answer this specific question. However, the pack of O-ring gaskets has a good range if sizes (as indicated in the illustration) and I think it is highly likely that there will be a gasket to fit the hose.
