Q: My granddaughter lost the phone. How do I go about getting a replacement?

The phone itself is $3.00, but they charge an additional $6.95 for shipping.

Q: are batteries included

Thank you. Read on many websites they are included and some not. Also battery size varies on different sites from 3 AAA to 2AA to 3 AA. Would really like to know for sure as mailing it to granddaughter.

Q: What age is this toy suited?

I believe it's a 6 mo+ toy. The front panel comes off, so they can play with it just on the ground. We didn't do that and let our 7/8 mo baby climb on it and push it around.

Q: what are the dimensions?

Green handlebars 12" wide, rear blue wheels 18" wide, front wheels 14" wide, front game thing 11" wide.....it is 18" tall from ground to to handlebars, and the length between the from and rear wheels is 17". Our daughter loves this toy. The front "game thing" can be removed and laid flat on ground to play with if you like.

Walker is good but not sturdy enough on tiles

My baby loves to play with the front panel but when she uses this to walk, her feet keep hitting the back wheels. I think this maybe because of less distance between both the wheels and it would have been more convenient if there was more space. Also, the stiffness that is given for the back wheel is good but since it is not there for the front wheel, the walker slides on the tiles when pushed. I think it works better on carpet. The phone could have a wire attached to it so that it doesn't get lost. Overall, it is good but could be improved mainly on the wheel area to avoid falls.
