Lions main repairs brain cells
You may not notice significant effects like you would with a pre-workout supplement. However, this has residual benefits in the long term. More about delaying deterioration than enhancing performance

Mild benefits. Price tag is a poor fit for the product. Too expensive for what it provides.
Not so fast....The price on this item is far too expensive for the benefits it provides. I'll consider it again, if PhD re-think their price. Also, I have tried many Nootropics in the past. I can compare this product with many others. £20.00 + for a mid range product? No thanks. People are already struggling financially. Average product at best. Not worth the pricetag.

Don't seem to have any effect
I'm quite used to taking supplements for effects on concentration, brain fog etc. and so I know what it feels like when they work. This has no palpable effect on me, I also chose it for value for money because there were more pills in the box than the alternative but what they don't specify is that's because they've made it 3x a day instead of the competition which was 2x a day so the maths works out that this box lasts LESS time despite being fuller.

Not great
It made me fall asleep, and give me anxiety. Have tried it for 3 days think my body needs to adjust but it didn't so stopped using it.

Great supplement that improves mental performance
This PhD Nutrition capsules are a nice supplement to try out for those who goes to the gym or workout religiously. It contains 10 nootropics that promotes and boosts the brains performance, adaptogens that help deal with stress and amino acids which function as the building blocks of proteins. It also supports the optimal mental performance and helps reduce fatigue. The bottle has 90 capsules which are recommended to be taken 3 times a day. With 90 capsules included this will last you about 1 month. It is marketed as a pre-workout supplement which can help you last longer without getting tired easily.I find that these capsules are a bit large and 3 a day can be a bit much especially if you take other supplements daily, but they do appear to be helping me focus more.Overall, I think this is great supplement, it is nice that they incorporated a 100% recyclable tin tub that can be reused unlike plastic that can be harmful to the earth.

The smell….
The smell:PDH need to find a way to make this smell better, opening the tin to get one is fairly nauseating… taking a capsule is just as bad.Actual effects:I could sense no noticeable difference after the first capsule. I will slowly up the dosage to the RDA of 3 and see if there are any improvements or side effects.

Quality cognitive supplement with well-researched ingredients
These nootropics are popping up everywhere at the moment, and it's good to see a trusted brand name like PhD jump into the arena with a cognitive support supplement. They've opted not only for the usual suspects like Lion's Mane, Pantothenic acid and L-Tyrosine (which all have plenty of ongoing research around them), but also quite an exciting addition in Cognizin (Citicoline). It's not a compound I've seen included in other 'brain complex' supplements yet, and there's actually a fair bit of positive research into its beneficial effects on anything from day-to-day cognitive function all the way to dementia relief. If you want to take a supplement containing something there's still lots of buzz and active research about, then this is a good one.The suggested dosage on the tin is 3 capsules daily. The capsules themselves are pretty hefty and large, so you'll probably need a glass of water to down them, but they're otherwise tasteless and inoffensive enough. They're also vegan-safe too. With these supplements, I always say it's pretty hard to tell for sure whether they've had a positive impact personally - for one thing, I lack a 'control me' to make any comparison! But I've tolerated them well, I've been generally productive and efficient at work and study and am getting through lots of 'brain labour' successfully, so for sure, it's not doing any harm trying.Overall, it's a really good quality supplement. Hardly the most important thing about it, but I love the tin they come in too - easily recyclable or (more handily) reusable around the home. Great product from PhD.
