We wanted so badly to like this product. I bought this as a gift for my husband, because we like quirky items. This is a very cheap quality product. The pendulum stops swinging randomly, at least twice per week since we put it up (on Christmas). The batteries are heavier than the unit itself, and when we went to restart the pendulum swinging again the other day, they had corroded and leaked battery acid! I contacted the company, and they basically told me there was nothing they could do about it; I must go through Amazon or contact the manufacturer. Ugh. My advice is to save your money by not buying this one, and try to find an original. This is an overpriced piece of junk. So bummed.

I really love my Kit Cat clock set. I have wanted a Kit Cat clock since I was a child. Having been raised by someone born in 1950, I was told "those things are nothing new and are ugly". I never agreed, and when I grew up I decided I was going to get me one. I have my Kit Cat in my bedroom on the wall next to my TV and there I can see his cute little face. I have yet to see his tail move back and forth and have never seen his eyes move, either. I have the circular Kit Cat clock above my stove in the kitchen and he is also super cute. These are a must have for any cat lover!

this was a gift from my Sun, it was a total surprise but unfortunately it never worked and than it fell off the wall. Broke my heart but it was still really nice.

Cheap plastic. Was buying as a gift but too cheaply made

My tail doesn't work and it cost to ship and fix so my sad clock will stay broken.

"Large" size means a 8" body with a 6" tail. Total length is 14" ears to tip of tail. Tail wags and eyes rock back and forth.Comes with 2 C batteries. Way too expensive for what you get. So look around first.My first Kit-Cat clock only lasted 2 years. But, I liked it so much because we have a cat that looks just like this, I ended up buying this set with an additional round clock for the kids room.Update: the tail fails to stop wagging after a few months on both i bought here. Suggest buying the Warren when you check out.I'm not real fond of the round clock though. It doesn't really do anything special and runs on 1 A battery (not included)Both clocks are cheaply built plastic, and not going to last long. They aren't anything like the old time one I grew up with.

I didn’t realize that I payed for a second kind of cheap looking clock, my fault for not reading thoroughly… but the actual cat shaped clock is absolutely eye catching in the best way. I am so in love with it and it’s worth every penny to me. I look at it everyday.
