Crap shipping
Item was repeatedly back ordered took almost a month to ship; once item arrived my grandma passed away the next day so no longer needed. Item is fine but the shipping time is a joke.

Misleading, not as pictured or weight limit
Had same model# from few years ago and received a different (newer version) same model #. Appears cheaper with 450# limit instead of posted 500# with built-in fabric basket instead of metal. Very disappointed with misleading information and would return but threw away box and too much trouble. Please update picture and weight restrictions to newer version.
