Can I use youtube to find songs and play on unit via Bluetooth?

Yes you can find karaoke songs with lyrics on youtube and connect via Bluetooth. The words/lyrics will only appear on the screen of the device you use such as your phone or tablet and the music will play thru the speaker.

The 2 discs included with 300 songs, are they regular cd or cd+g discs?

does the screen have the capability to show words to songs?

Yes the screen has the capability to show the words to the songs. You must use music that has graphics on it in order to see words. For example you must play a karaoke CD+G for words, if you only use a regular CD there will be no words. The machine reads the disc you play.

I am not sure, I returned the item. Any slight jar makes the cd skip.
