This is definitely the best Big & Tall chair in the price range!
It's comfy, easy to assemble (it's practically put together in the box), premium materials, sturdy, has a solid weight limit, reclines to 180 degrees, and looks awesome. I have zero complaints so far. I'll update my review if the condition deteriorates too quickly or anything but I have high expectations. For comparison, I'm 6'2'' 280 lb.

good solid chair for a nice price..
Chair looks good.. Put together easy and seems to be comfortable at the moment... I am a bigger man and this chair holds me well.A word of caution If you have a wider back end and hips this chair is not for you. There are wings on ether side of the chair and they might dig into your hips and legs. The action on the recline feature is stiff and solid.. I will update my review upon a few months use.

lasted 2yrs otherwise decent chair.
chair was pretty decent at the time, i had it 2 years before it broke. i tend to lean on one side while i'm working (bought this for a work chair where i sit 8hrs a day) so over time something in the seat broke which forced a mad lean to that side shortly followed by the seat itself tipping about 40deg forward. so not only did it favor the right side, the seat also angled down like you're perpetually sliding out of it; it broke real good.when it was still new it was pretty decent, took a bit to get used to the seat curling up on each side but was nice to have the back tilt controlled by side handle like a car seat. the lumbar support was ok but that was 100% the sliding pillow on the back and the one on the headrest was more of a neck pillow than anything else.only annoyed a $200 chair lasted 2 years, i had higher hopes for it.

The most frustrating purchase I've ever made.
I'll preface this review by saying, I got it to work and now that it's assembled, I do love the chair. That being said, it took a trip to the hardware store and some patience and accumulated knowledge of office chairs and the material used to cover the chair. I think for most people, straight out of the box, the chair would need to be returned, and I'm not confident the seller would be able to replace the chair with a product that is usable.Upon arrival, it was obvious the box had been a previously returned item. The box was beaten up and taped to hell and back, obviously restocked. When I opened it, I didn't initially see anything wrong with the pieces. There are no instructions. None at all. And none available online for viewing or download. The company does not have a website. Basically, good luck. I was trying to figure out what I was doing wrong, really, when it became apparent that the two holes (out of the 8 total) where the base of the chair screw into the chair itself were just 100% covered by the PV Leather material. They only provided six screws, and, yeah sure, they tossed in an extra wheel (on purpose? who knows), but I don't care about an extra wheel nearly as much as missing screws, especially since there are no instructions detailing what kind of screws or threading is needed for replacements. I figured it out and had to puncture the fabric and struggle to manipulate the new screws into the covered pre-drilled holes.I feel like it's an extra "screw you" from the company for having had this same unit returned to them, not fixing the issue of an obviously defective unit before tossing it back onto the shelf waiting for someone else to order it. Major red flags.Other than the nightmare of getting the thing put together and tracking down pieces to complete the assembly, the chair is comfortable. I have a tiny frame but I like having the extra room in the seat, and lumbar support and neck rest have already made my long gaming sessions a lot easier (no more burning lower back)!I somehow think spending the extra money on another comparable chair would save people a lot of anger, grief and frustration, and the hassle of putting the damn thing back in the box to ship back. This is a serious buyer-beware. I like my chair, but I like it because I overcame it, which I don't necessarily think I should be required to do, and instead of recommending this chair to friends, I will be suggesting similar alternatives specifically because I don't think the company gives a second thought to quality assurance.

Terrible chair, didnt even last a year!
Terrible quality chair. I wasnt expecting the world when I purchased this chair, I just wanted a nice looking chair that had a foot rest. I figured this one would fit the bill. I'm a small guy 160lbs. Boy was I wrong, the fitment of the pieces was less than ideal, but managed to fit together, the quality was what you'd expect from a chair this price. I puchased this chair in March 2018, expecting to last a solid two years maybe a little less. First the creaking started, then the hight adjustment stopped working, the recline started to not stay put (almost as if it was loosening up). Still the chair was usable. Unsprisingly, as of today, the chair lasted a pathetic 9 months. As I sat down, the chair back essentially snapped. Unfixable and unusable. Stay far away from this chair. Completely unacceptable for something like a chair to only last 9 months. Lesson learned, spend a little more, and get a chair from a reputable company with a warranty.

I waited over a year before I decided to review this chair...
I've had this chair for over a year and a half now and am just now reviewing it as I wanted to make sure it held up. It's an absolutely wonderful chair and still looks brand new. It's extremely comfy and I feel like I could fall asleep in it if I wanted, it helps give back support as I game a lot and needed it badly. My only "complaint" is it actually is not that "roomy" for anyone who is bottom heavy, the chair is moulded and I noticed once I started to lose weight it was comfier but if you weight over 240+ pounds and are pear-shaped this chair is not for you! Otherwise definetly buy it. It's beyond worth it.

I was looking for days to find a good chair. Not being able to actually sit in ...
I was very skeptical about buying this gaming chair. I was looking for days to find a good chair. Not being able to actually sit in them it made me nervous. I looked at dxr racers secretlab pretty much all high end brands. I decided to get these and for the price compared to the others is a big difference. But Im very happy with my purchase i used these on a 6 hour gaming sesh and my body felt great. Instalation was easy and they look awsome.
