Awesome addition to my iPad Pro
I just love it. Turns the iPad into a very portable small 'laptop'. Ipad can be easily detached so perfect for all of my use cases. Perfect for travelling around and leaving the laptop home. But the ensemble is quite bulky and heavy.

A little bulky but good
It is a bit heavy but otherwise it has proved a good solid purchase. I only use the keyboard when I need to use it as a laptop. I got it at a good discount and I am happy.

Disappointed.
Was bought as Christmas Present. Had to send first one back post Christmas as when opened there was a fault on track pad rim and the second one has a difficult space bar and letter O. For the price I would expect it to be far better. The recipient loves it except for those issues and will try and contact company direct. Manufacturers packaging fabulous. Looks far superior from the box.

Excellent service
Arrived next day ready for Christmas. Easy to clip on to iPad. All round excellent product.

Brightness control completely broken.
The actual physical feel and look of the product is great. It's not perfect but the keys and trackpad are put together and the backlight gets bright. The biggest issue is the app and Bluetooth connection.First day was fine. Pairing is a faf but seemed to just work. However one day I opened it up to find brightness stuck at minimum. If I disable Bluetooth it will be adjustable. But with the keyboard it's like the brightness key is stuck down. I tried a reset. Repairing the app. Restarted the ipad. Nothing works at all and it's totally useless. For those that care there is lag when using the trackpad. It's slight but if its the sort of thing that would bug you don't get this. Brydge as a whole seem like a kick-starter. Great ideas but poor implementation and support.

Should be better for the price
I ordered this instead of the Logitech Combo Touch keyboard case for the iPad Air, in the hopes that it would be a more convenient alternative due to it's hinge-based design. I use my iPad in lecture theatres with limited space for a kickstand and keyboard, as well as frequently taking handwritten notes on the iPad.Pros:- Hinge design makes it convenient for using on your lap with limited space.- The keyboard keys and switches beneath feel quite nice to type on.- The trackpad is by far the best feature of the Air MAX+. It's smooth, responsive and supports all the iPadOS gestures.Cons:- The keys are very small for someone with larger hands, such as myself, making typing without errors very difficult.- The material choices are poor. The plastic that makes up the keyboard base feels incredibly cheap (similar to an old car dashboard.- The hinge itself wobbles under the weight of the iPad.- Putting the iPad in a case to attach to another case is cumbersome.- Keyboard and trackpad are Bluetooth, meaning they are charged separately from the iPad.- The weight of the keyboard case is very heavy, rivalling my 13" laptop (This is excusable though, as it's full of batteries and needs to be heavier than the iPad to stop it toppling over).Overall:After seeing a friend with the Logitech Combo Touch, I'd much rather buy one of those instead. It uses much nicer materials, uses the smart connector (no separate charging and batteries) and overall seems higher quality. The extra £10 is well worth the money (or the Folio touch could be had for the same price as this with a smaller trackpad and non-detachable keyboard).
