Exactly what I wanted for sketching with the Pencil 2
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for iPad mini 6 (2021) + Apple Pencil 2 users who want to sketch and draw.I have never owned a screen protector like this with the textured surface, so I don't know how it compares to other paper-like screen protectors. However, I really like this one for sketching and drawing.Previously, I *hated* using the pencil to draw on the iPad because the glass screen was so slippery that I felt I had no control and that my drawings had random spots I didn't like. The screen protector has turned me into a sketching addict! Turn on grid/lines in iPad notes and this is better than having a pocketable paper notebook. Today, I drew a sketch I really think may be one of my all time favorites... while standing waiting on my food to microwave.Having a sketchy-rough surface on this super light, easy to take with me device is a dream. The surface is just rough enough that typing with your fingertips for a long time will get a bit raw feeling - it's like an etched glass texture almost.ANTI-GLARE --- I also love to spend time outdoors and I was worried this would make the screen unusable. Shockingly, it actually delivers on the anti-glare. I think it is easier to see because there's no glare (although there is a frosted/matte LCD effect so it isn't perfect in full sun). I was pleasantly surprised.MICROFIBER RENEWS IT --- It does show little marks from the pencil if you draw hard, and picks up little streaks here and there. You just wipe it with a microfiber (dry works for me) and it comes right back like new and clean.INSTALLATION --- I was able to install it the first time, 99% perfectly centered with no bubbles or dust following the easy instructions (I used the install in bathroom trick they suggest)

Good
Well this is the first kind of iPad screen protector iāve ever used so i donāt have much to compare it to lol. But it seems good and has a paper feel. I donāt really like the feel of the texture but thatās probably just a personal preference. They seem good overall.

Great paper-like feeling at a great price!
I was looking for a paper like screen cover like most do for their iPad mini, to get good traction with the apple pencil and less squiggles in my art. It was easy enough to install, and I love not only that it feels gentle enough that it doesnt bother me to switch to hand use, but scritchy scratches like paper when using the pencil! (I like the noise, I'm weird. Instant serotonin. Its like a reward. šš). This works great, with the added bonus of not costing an arm and a leg!

Paperlike, without the crazy premium.
I have the Paperlike on my iPad Pro and decided to try this for my iPad Mini. Right away, this one feels a lot more textured (almost sticky) and it may take getting used to if you primarily use your hands for navigation. It's rough, like paper.I've hand the Paperlike for about a year now and it is wearing down, so it is a lot smoother compared to this one. But in terms of feeling like actual paper, this one fits the bill more closely. On top of that, it's at 1/4 the price. Paperlike is definitely not worth the $40 I paid now that I look back and have something compare against. This will get the job done; you'll just have to get used to the very-textured screen.

Definitely improved my drawing experience on the ipad
As I was learning to draw with a gifted ipad mini, I was having a really hard time drawing on the original glass. I had previously used another paperlike film for my surface pro and decided to research for one for my ipad, and stumbled upon this one. Super easy to install, within my budget, and improved my drawing experience overall. Very happy with it!

Feels like writing on paper!
I have had various screen protects, including one that states it has a paper-like feel. This one really does work. It isn't slick, doesn't cause glare and has a texture much like paper. This makes it much easier to write on my ipad. Great product!

Good enough for the price
Installation is easy, if you have experience with applying screen protector. Anti-glare is less than expected. Paperlike feel is a bit abrasive, bur certainly better than the bare screen. Not sure how much better the other expensive one would be, but based on the price, it is not a bad choice.

Love the feeling of writing on it
Iāve never had a paper like screen protector before, I really enjoy the feeling of it while Iām riding on using the Apple Pencil not too crazy about the sound. It makes when youāre just swiping or scrolling, but I can get over that with the feeling of it as you write being much more similar to pen and paper.
