Great product, I only suggest if you get it ...
Great product, I only suggest if you get it delivered to ask the seller to inspect the contents of the box, as one of the ring pieces had a broken off segment to it when it arrived! If you are buying it in a store, please inspect it to make sure everything looks like its in good shape. I also suggest, once you've assembled your puzzle to carry the base and the planet separately rather than balance the planet on top of the base, as it might be prone to slip off if not somewhere steady and level! Otherwise very nice! I had a blast putting it together!

Great gift
I purchased it as a gift for an 8 y.o. who loves mine craft and similar. The best part of this item is that a child has to put it together: it's an interesting 3d puzzle. I'd recommend it to those who like to see more than just a toy in a toy :-).

hard but rewarding.
this is one of the best looking 3d crystal puzzle there is, but also one of the most confusing and frustrating one to put together (for me at least) of the 3 that i bought (water crown and moon) this one took me the longest to figure out, and put together. don't let the photo fool you, the grapes don't come round. i first though "oh round shapes, easy to figure out". oh was i wrong. one grape is 2-4 pieces to put together, and link with each other. when i did have a section together, i couldn't figure out which side was suppose to be on top. basically a very challenging 3d puzzle for the level 2. but it looks the nicest.

Actually opens
I thought this would be cool as a decorations for a Pirate party I threw. Little did I know, the thing actually opens and closes... and locks! It's still a plastic puzzle, but it was rather neat. Stays together well and provided a decent amount of challenge.
