Jack Justice (Tommy Lister) is a renegade, out-of-control LAPD officer that fights crime with two fists and a big gun. Attempting to end a deadly hostage situation in a downtown Los Angeles, Justice's reckless actions get his partner killed and leave him depressed and broken. Suspended from the police force, Justice decides to head to Mexico to patch things up with his estranged father.
