Caseology Savoy for Apple iPhone 7 Plus Case (2016) - Stylish Design - Rose Gold

**I am revising this review with comments after using the case for a few weeks.**This is the 4th phone in a row I've owned (iPhone 8 Plus, 6s, Galaxy 5 & 3) which will be protected by a Caseology phone case. All three of my previous phones are still in the old cases and are in near perfect condition. As it happens, I had this exact case for my iPhone 6s and I was tickled to find it again for my new phone, since I'm not a big fan of change. You can see by the gaps in phone release, I don't get a new phone every year, so a great case is key. I love that this case has a slim design, so it doesn't add too much bulk, but I know it will provide plenty of protection as my 6s still looks flawless. If I hadn't changed carriers, I probably wouldn't have even bought a new phone. I can tell you, my last phone took a major beating. After watching in horror as my last phone, in this same case toppled end over end, seemingly in slow motion, down a flight of stone and concrete stairs onto the pavement below, I was pleased to discover my phone was completely unharmed. I must admit, that particular fall did damage the case, but since I had accidentally ordered two, I slapped a new one on and was good to go. I'd much rather replace the broken case than the $800 phone. **REVISED** This case says it is only for the iPhone 7 Plus, but I have an 8 Plus. I was concerned that it wasn't going to be compatible with the wireless charging feature of the 8 Plus, but I took a chance. Although the wireless charging feature works on the 8s, **the case never quite fit securely.**I wouldn’t have knocked down the star, because the item description didn’t indicate an 8s; however, once I took my phone out of the case, I noticed, the bottom piece doesn’t actually line up when empty, so perhaps I got a bad case. For now, I’m not quite ready to write off Caseology, but I’m not as thrilled as I had been for so many years. It’s rare I find a brand that I truly like and trust, so this was a total bummer.

This case is great! This is my second case. I first ordered the blue color and now the pink. These cases match your phone color well if you are looking to match. The case is thin yet VERY sturdy. My last one took a tough blow to metal bending it literally and that's the reason my I bought the pink one. This one has held up just as well. The case is very sturdy when drops occur. Also the case removes easily from the bottom. You just pull the bottom off and slide your phone in or out. That was a very creative design as you do not have to click on crappy thin plastic. these cases are very stylish. I will be buying another color soon.

Love the look and feel of this case, I even bought it a second time after the first one broke, second one broke after just 2 months and in the exact same place. Just above the mute button there is a point of weakness. Didn’t do anything to it, not dropped or handled roughly, just broke. I’m so sad as I really do love everything else about this case. Please strengthen this weak spot!!!

I’m giving five stars for way it is made. The rest is crap. I always use Caseology but this is a disappointment. Getting it on and off is a joke. It doesn’t fit right. Doesn’t fully close up at the bottom where the two pieces are supposed to come together. I kept it because I need a new case. I’m shopping for another one.

This is my second case. Love this case. It holds up well and doesn't break. I tend to drop my phone a lot and this case holds up very well! I even accidentally gotten it wet. I had my phone in a holder in the ambulance. Wear it can hold a folder and such. I didn't know some water was in it. The top of my phone (camera area) was in the water for a little bit. Inside of the case got wet. It DRIED UP a lot faster than I thought it would. I was relieved and able to put my case back in within 10-15 mins after air drying.

I can't express how much I love this case... I am always the first one to break my phones so have always had the otter boxes. Was sick of the bulkiness of the otter box so I thought I would give this a shot...super thin, looks like I have a new phone, has been dropped more times than I can count. Yaye my phone under the case still looks brand new. It has held up great would recommend to anyone

This is my second one of this model. I have the black and rose gold case and now the red and rose gold. I attached a PopSocket with a circular magnet for my car mount, and then I painted the magnet/PopSocket with gel nail polish to match the rose gold. I'm very happy with how it looks.

Overall, the feel of the case is awesome and I really want to give it 5 stars however since the phone isn't snapped in but slide in that makes it a bit difficult fitting it. As the inside lining is pretty much a sticker; shifting it will eventually slide and peel it. Already had a slight sticker jam sliding it in and out. Does it deserve that extra price compared to the other series? probably not. I'd probably go with the Skyfall series instead.

It is quite nice looking case but I was expecting the top and bottom (different colour) part to be integrated part with the cover. The are separate pieces which i can only imagine that in long term use will naturally apart. Quite pretty & stylish I have to say but I am concern about long term use (in a month time or so)

Beautiful, bought these for my IPhone 6 and never had a single problem... and I drop my phone, a lot! Bought again in two colours for my new 7 plus. Same great quality and beautiful looks. Love.
