Is this the real card

From me yes I do not ever sell fakes

It is real. I bought several boxes from my local truested distributor, GTS, and opened them myself. I got 4 - 6 out of 18 boxes.

It is one of the more rare cards from the set however I'd say it's more highly demanded by collectors than it is rare. It's unique picture "full art" design, and the fact it's a Charizard make it very desirable in my opinion. Last I checked average prices were $40-$50 on eBay.
