Does it have an on/off button?

Yes it does.....,HOWEVER IT DOES NOT WORK.      Around 6 years ago I ordered my first one and it worked very well and solved the problem with 2 dogs and then gave it away.  We moved to a different city and not to long later a family move in next door with a very obnoxious, 4 am to 10 pm at night yipper. Purchased a new Bark Control. After 3 months of no response to it by the yipper, I purchased another. It did not work either.   SO IT APPEARS THE OLD PRODUCT MADE 6 OR MORES YEARS AGO WORKED WELL, THE NEW MODELS, FOR WHAT EVER REASON, ARE WORTHLESS. I'm going to be that the place of manufacture changed from US or Mexico to China where few things actually function like the original. DO NOT PURCHASE!   I'd rank it as a 1 at best on a scale of 1 to 5.

Does it stop neighbors dogs from barking

We have an 85% success rate with this unit stopping neighbors dogs from their nuisance barking. However it has shown little to no effect against instinctual barking (territorial/protective barking) the ultrasonic sound is just not a big enough deterrent to stop that type of barking. The Bark Control Pro will pick up barking from up to 50 feet away. If you need the sound to go across the street you can use the device in the remote only setting and use the remote to activate the Bark Control Pro. The sound will travel 150 ft. You will also need to make sure that there are no obstructions between the device and the dog. The ultrasonic sound will not travel through solid barriers.

Is there any way to hear the "audio" feature for the human ear?  I am hoping someone out there has link to video or audio file.
