Bad quality and no warranty as they say
We bought 2 bags for my 2 children to take to School and a month after both side net for water bottles broke. They claim to have a lifetime warranty and when we reached out they just washed their hands off and said we didn’t have warranty last year but if you buy it again then the new item will do come with warranty. Very unprofessional!
