Does this work on a Samsung mobile? There was a review 2 years saying it didn't.

I have a Samsung note 20 and it works with the app, however I usually use it as a stand alone device without the app

Does this cause flashing in the eye

I'm a little unsure on your question however this isn't a light based but instead electrical product. It will pull your muscles as you glide it over your skin. It will occasionally cause a little eye lid twitch but this will be as you use it and doesn't last. For me that's often an indicator to step it down. There's no actual "flashing" though.

Does this work on eleven lines

Mine has softened the appearance of lines and has made my skin look better/brighter/firmer but it's a subtle improvement and I'm happy wi5the results so far (around a month) if you wanted to REALLY make those lines go, then Botox is the most effective 🙈 I use that as well

Can this be used without a cellphone app

No, had to use app on phone which was a bit of a nuisance.
