I said this for a taller heavier person. It mostly depends on your build. I am 6’2 240lbs, people reading that size probably think I’m an XL or even more. I’m actually a Large because I actually workout and look like I’m 40lbs less. Going back to the question just take a look at the shirts/long sleeve shirt you have right now and base it off that. Remember you can also return it (if applicable) and get the preferred size that fits you perfectly. And/or you can learn how to do the measurements yourself to know for future reference what your exact size is. And for INGLOCKWERRUST, not everyone has a measurement tape laying around and know exactly how to measure themselves or even find someone who can.

Q: I'm 6'0" and 115lbs. a tell lanky dude. what size recommendation is there, since i see it's based off of asian sizes?

I'd go 5XL because the actual sizes are Asian which run 3 sizes smaller than US sizes. If you go the size i suggested you'll have room to wear a thermal shirt underneath if you want.
