Of anything, I can hammer on the shipping of this first and foremost - it was LIGHTNING fast.The product itself is of reasonably good construction, and I've given it plenty of tests using weights of varying size, in this, it seems sturdy.Now, of course, its illegal to use this in my state unless in an emergency situation, so a field test is out of the question for me (even if I did test it, admission of guilt is admissible in a court of law) but for the strains I've put it through with just my weight testing, seems decent. It has little trouble with anything up to about 8 lbs. Anything more than that and I wasn't sure how it would handle it, so I stayed away in order to keep it in tact and play it safe. Do I think it would handle more? Possibly, but I'll leave that gamble up to someone else.The Price was right, the shipping was damn quick, and the product is sturdy. What more does one need?

I like these little gadgets. They are made of light weight metal.And can easily be damaged if you throw them around. But if youkeep that in mind they will be fine.The kids will love them. Hang them from trees around the water oroff the edge of a dock. I am going to buy a few more to put inwith my camping gear. Not really for real big fish. But they willdefinitely feed you. Great for pan fish.5 stars because they actually catch fish. Just bait them using smallerhooks. And bait that is not too easily picked off and they will catchfish for you.

never used one before, its cool i got them for my bug out bag, its great for catching fish when you are doing somthing else, set up like 3 of these like 25 yards away from eachother & you are set. deffently reccomend for camping / survival one did break tho, but i fixed it thats why only 4 stars

I orginally ordered One of these and received a faulty product. I emailed the company and they replaced i immediately for free. I gave them the benefit of the doubt I got the one a 20,000 that was bad. these things about her for extremely long time for a reason. the second one they mailed it works flawlessly.. I even ordered two more. Great survival item for bug out bag or for catching dinner. Ive seen videos of guys snaring small game with them looks cool but I haven't tried it yet. I did notice the more you buy the better deal you get.

This product came to my doorstep in a couple short days. I have used these several times in the swamp and they work great. I am pleased

This product has proved itself as an incredible gadget to put in a backpack while trekking or a pocket while on a fishing trip. The fishing yo yo is very easy to set up and my family and I have had much success catching plenty of bluegill from the bank at our local lake. Perfect for a backpacker who needs a lightweight and VERY efficient way to procure food.

I figured this would be a good addition to my bugout bag, but before I added it I wanted to see how well it worked. I pulled the cord a few times and it worked fine. I was curious how it would work at a longer pull. I let it go and it appeared to snag. I fiddled with it all night trying to figure out what went wrong. I tried to open it to find the snag, but figured I would break it in the process. I tried winding and unwinding. I got it to work again in a limited way, but it would never catch a fish. I had planned to return it, but forgot about it and decided I had already wasted enough time on this cheap trinket. I usually ignore those who leave a one, two, or even a five star rating. A one star is usually left by those who received lemons or are morons and the two star group may have a lemon or be overly critical and never satisfied. The fives are fake reviews or by those too easily impressed. These scenarios are not always the case, but in this case I make an exception. I do not believe I got a lemon. It is just cheaply made and prone to break. I hope other buyers get at least some use out of theirs before it makes its inevitable journey to the trash heap.

I got this to throw into a bug out bag. Cheap enough that I wasn't really concerned with spending the money. I cannot speak of its functionality because I have yet to use one. I guess you could just keep some fishing line and some hooks in your bag as well. I might take it camping this summer to see if it is worth getting any more of them. I will update if I remember to take it.
