MSG
There is MSG in there, I'm surprised they don't list it in the ingredient list. I eat too many dishes with MSG in them to know what they taste like. I wish they would use less MSG in it. I like MSG, I just don't like it when I can taste it.It's not too spicy, which I like, because if I want it to be more spicy I can just add some hot chili pepper powder to it.It has just enough Sichuan powder to know it in there. But if I want more Sichuan flavor I can always add more Sichuan powder to it.Overall, it tastes good.

Pro:This very tasty powder adds a zesty spicy flavor to food.Cons:It’s definitely an acquired taste.It has a fishy off flavor in the background. I am not sure but I believe it has some kind of dried grounded seafood like shrimp. So those who are allergic to seafood may wanna take precautions when trying it.Pairing with foods really is left up to the individual taste of the individual. For me it’s a no for vegetables and some meats.Overall, if you can get past the fishy taste it’s a nice dipping powder.
