Great product
On my third bottle of this amazing stuff. Turns anything into "Gatorade". If added to regular water it has a salty taste, but any flavoring masks the taste. I've had no I'll affects and feel well hydrated using this product.

AWESOME!!!
Awesome! I've ordered multiple times and it helps my husband, who sweats and use to dehydrate often, stay hydrated. Thank you!!! Zero taste and easy to add a few drops to any water bottle or even soda/iced tea, etc.

Lifesaver
This mixes easily into water or seltzer, and doesn't really change the taste by much - a slightly metallic aftertaste maybe, but you have to be looking for it to notice it. I have fibromyalgia, so I NEED electrolytes after a workout to reduce muscle cramping, but with high blood pressure you need to avoid salt! This product came to my rescue! My energy recovery is faster, and I haven't had muscle cramping when I use this after workouts that always caused cramping before.

Love it for the savings not the flavor
Ill be honest I don’t love the flavor. But thats kind of the point? Like even a few drops ill notice it still after adding lemonade or apple juice. It works well, be prepared to add flavoring. I liked the price and how long this will last me over individual powder packs.

easy to use
a very small dose helps put some electrolytes into a drink - only slightly affects taste (a little salty tang to my tastebuds - but mine are sensitive to salts since am on a low salt diet) easier and cheaper way to get some electrolytes into your drinks - do follow the recommended dosage for the amount of liquid or even use slightly less to get some minerals back into your liquids especially purified water

Okay, but...
I'm on day four of a water fast and tried to stick with nothing but water. But the weakness is worst this time than on any of my other fasts, which I'm sure is because I did more prep work beforehand than I usually do. So I bought these after about five minutes of research, because I can barely keep my head up and I needed something to get here quick. Now, the actual product itself seems fine. There really is no flavor that I can tell, not even subtly. (I put it in a soda stream, so I can't attest to flat water. I drink carbonated most of the time, and that might be masking any flavor.) And it seems to have everything you need on a water fast, at a price much lower than similar products with less clean ingredients. So it's a plus. Why three stars? Because the bottle. There were gross dirty stickers covering up important information that you couldn't get off without tearing the label. When I say "dirty," I mean they looked covered in this weird crystal-y, powdery stuff. And the expiration date, which is really important, is rubbed off. You can only see a month, no year. That's really concerning, because how do you know they aren't trying to sell an expired product? I didn't have time or energy to send it back, so I opened it up and hoped for the best. My weakness is gone, so I guess it's potent enough. But poor product management makes me cautious to buy again.

Beware magnesium oxide
I bought this as breastfeeding mother. I didn’t want to be drinking Gatorade or anything with sugar or even flavor at all hours to stay hydrated. Everyone says electrolytes are so important. This has good reviews and was easy to add to water and that’s it. Well I used it from April to August. At first I thought it was great you barely taste it and it’s easy but it has magnesium oxide - one of the poorest types of magnesium because it is absorbed horrible and for many people can be a diarrhetic. I already had IBS so I figured it was that acting up post partum but I wa shaving a BM everytime I ate for months 4-6 a day. I had no idea why. It just kept happening and I was feeling weak and dehydrated instead hydrated. I read something about someone mentioning magnesium oxide in body armor and I checked this and boom. Within two days of stopping this additive I was normal again. It isn’t worth it at all. I know this won’t happen to everyone but just be aware if you have a sensitive stomach that this may cause the opposite effect youre looking for. Now I just dilute some Gatorade that does not that magnesium oxide.
