They're great, but no warranty
Love the product but Ridgid will not honor their warranty becuz in their words, only Home Depot is an authorized retailer.

No Lifetime warranty
Received the tools in prefect condition. When I went to register them for the Lifetime warranty, it didn't work on the web site. I called Rigid and they said that the Lifetime warranty is not available when you buy the tools on Amazon.
