Does what it is supposed to do

These brushes are not designed for carpets. My robo vacuum keeps getting stuck when it is on the carpet. Totally a waste of money. I have 5 more left, intact, will need to throw them away and buy brushes that are similar to the OEM.

I bought these because they are less expensive than the official Roborock side brush replacements. The product info says that if they arrive crushed or misshapen, you can soak in hot water and reshape. I did this, as mine arrived misshapen, but could not completely correct the shape. Since I've been running robofriend with this side brush installed, it is having trouble finding its way around. Instead of climbing up onto rugs which it normally would do, it pushes up under the rug making a barrier so that it cannot possibly climb onto the rug. I suspect this is due to the irregularly shaped brush which is also stiffer than the original Roborock brush. Robofriend is also having issues mopping since I installed this brush, particularly because of carpet issue (instead of detecting it's on a carpet and moving away, it's getting stuck against a barrier of its own making), and perhaps because the bent, stiff brush is constantly beating on the floor it could be interfering with the sensors. I'm going to bite the bullet and purchase official Roborock side brushes which I hope will remedy these malfunctions.

These are terrible. The arms arrived all crumpled and bent and the silicone is very stiff, so they don't straighten out. Useless .

These side brushes make the roborock s6 get stuck in the edges of the carpets.
