How do you clean the ceiling with this mop? I'm having trouble.

Not sure I understand. What is it you are having the problem with? Personally I use it dry to clean the ceiling. Damp if it's for a wall. I do have to use a stool for the ceiling.

Microfiber wet can be used for acrylic bath tubs?

Yes, the fiber is not the issue; the issue would be the type of cleanser you might use because some agents are stronger than others. I use it for tile that goes up to the ceiling, and then is clean the tub with what drips down.

How long does this extend? We have 15' vaulted ceilings and I'd need a rather long handle to reach them.

The original one-piece handle was 42" long. The current handle is a 2-piece extendable from 22-48" long. 5 Minute CleanWalls is designed to fit on any standard extension pole so while we cannot ship a pole for every height and distance the tool will fit on any pole you may have and easily reach and clean a 15' ceiling. You can purchase extension poles here on amazon or at your local home improvement store. A good example for your ceiling would be a Mr Longarm model #3212 - 6.2' to 11.8' pole. other manufacturers poles are very good as well.

Wall mop

I used the mop on my walls & it worked quite well as far as cleaning went. I’m cleaning soot from my walls in my house & the mop has worked wonderful for that but after several uses it kind of leave the mop head black & starts to smear it. Beyond that the only issue I had was having to remove & replace the mop head after every few swipes to rinse & clean it & do it all again. All & all it works quiet nicely.
