HOBO Gabor Hobo Shoulder Handbag

This bag is so unique and cute. It is made of exceptionally soft leather, which I love. The pattern is a little darker than it appears in the picture, but it is nonetheless pretty. The rose garden print is detailed and very unique. This bag is also fairly large, with multiple pockets inside. It also has two zipper pockets on the outside that are useful and don't add bulk to the bag like some outside pockets do. This bag is currently holding my full size wallet, phone, notepad, small lotion, small hand sanitizer, three lip glosses, and an MP3 player, and there is still plenty of room to spare. One small issue with the bag: since the leather is soft and it is a slouchy bag (no structure), items tend to shift inside and I have had some trouble digging through it to find my phone and keys. Otherwise, I love this bag and I highly recommend it!

I just received this last night and I can't stop staring at it. I LOVE IT MORE THAN MY OWN FAMILY. Just kidding, but I really do love this bag. It's perfect in size, shape, style, color, appearance. I've had another Hobo bag since 2009 which still looks the exact way it did when I first picked it up in NY. I purchased the matching wallet for it, too, and that's also still in fantastic shape. Boho has the purses and accessories to go for, honestly. I decided to purchase this new bag since it's black and my existing bag is brown -- so now I have the best of both worlds from this company. Love the print on the inside of it, too! Whimsical, yet not immature. Fits perfectly under my arm without bulging out all crazy. I couldn't wait to write this review because it deserves 5 stars all the way. And I'm not sure what people are talking about by saying it's shiny or glossy, because it's not. Not at all. It looks like beautiful, creamy black butter. :)

People who said it's shiny are right. A bit too shiny for me, but I like it otherwise. I hope the shine will wear down with use. Otherwise, it's a good value for the price. Love the outside pocket for keys and phone. It feels just right on my shoulder.

The color shown in the seller's description for LILAC looks like a deep lavender, almost purple - I JUST opened the box and saw this pale, almost PINK, I was hoping it was wrapped in pink paper inside the plastic bag, but NOPE, the dang thing is $%&@ PINK! EXTREMELY irritated as this was a gift for someone who loves purple and all shades thereof - and HATES pink. DAGNABBIT!!!

The workmanship quality is fabulous. The leather smells nice and has a little bit of a shine so it's interesting but not to Much! The cloth interior is very nicely done with lots of little pockets & separate areas which is nice to store things. I like the zipper on the side of the purse to put my keys. A strong strap to put over your shoulder or you can hold it in your hand as well. I really like the purse a lot. There are magnetic Closures on the top of the purse. I worried about not having a zipper, but it closes very well. Very nice purse, it was just the right size for what I needed.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!! The zipper pocket on the side...classy, perfect for cell phone and keys. Comfortable on the shoulder, tucks beautifully under my arm...sweet purchase!!

I love the shape of this bag. For me, it is the perfect size. The leather smells and looks good. As with all Hobo bags, the lining on the inside is charming.

Very attractive, but not as roomy as I had hoped. Also, it is closed with 1 magnet, so it gaps open on either side of the magnet. If you don't like people being able to eye what's in your purse, you might not want this one.
