If I gotta be old and take heart medicine, I may as well have a bullet holding my pills! This is very well made and holds maybe 7 small round pills. Will NOT hold capsules, maybe one if you are lucky. Still super cool looking though. Finally tossed my aluminum keychain old people pill holder. LOL

second keychain purchased, I lost my first one , darnI keep one to two pills in this bullet, no issues, does not take up alot of room.Waterproof, I put a pill in it and put it in a full sink for @30 minutes, did not get wet. YMMV

I wanted to be able to carry a couple of baby Aspirin with ne so looked around for options. I’m not big in men wearing jewelry or lockets (except for when I was 17 and played college Cricket in Pakistan trying to emulate my namesake superstar Imran Khan’s style with a gift someone gave me. When that was lost or stolen that was the end of my wearing anything other than a wristwatch as jewelry). This item isn’t inexpensive but it’s not terribly expensive for a reliable place to carry meds and not looking too sissy. The bullet may be a bit too macho sounding but it’s actually quite unobtrusive and the included chain makes it hang just around & under behind the first button under the collar button. The material feels classy as it’s supposed to be Titanium. The chain was not of the same material or quality but will do for now. I’d have gladly paid a dollar more for a better quality chain. But fit carrying lifesaving meds something like this is a must have. Hope this helps you.

Glad I went with the bigger size. Just barely fits one of my migraine pills. A little pricey but good quality. The necklace that comes with it is pretty cheap though.

My dad has to keep nitroglycerin on him at all times right now so I decided to buy him something he could have quick access to. A necklace sounded like the best way to go. I ordered it yesterday and it just arrived today !! It’s an awesome product ! The medium bullet holds up to 12 small nitroglycerin pills.. Very well made !! I’m very happy !! The only concern I had was the little ring holding the bullet on the chain .. it’s very fragile compared to the pill container so you may want to buy a stronger ring ... Other than that love everything about it !

Works perfectly, very small, takes up hardly any room on a key chain, well built and nice looking, however the interior compartment is far too small to fit even small statin pills in it. I suspect it’s made only for very tiny nitroglycerin tablets for heart patients, not much else wil fit. It should say so in the description to save people the hassle of returns.

My husband takes medicine as needed and this has been great for him to have on his key chain and have his meds with him at all times. Great look, works well.

This is a great looking option to hold pills/medicine.
